This was my first time going to Grace, but it honestly felt like I’ve known her forever! She’s so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The space is super clean, comfortable, and beautifully put together, you can tell she really cares about her clients and her craft. My boxed braids came out absolutely flawless, and I’ve been getting compliments ever since! I’ll definitely be back thank you, Grace, for such a great experience!

Grace did a wonderful job. I got these put in the beginning of December. It’s now January 4. And the braids are still looking amazing. She didn’t hurt me she’s very friendly and she works very fast. I do recommend. I’ll definitely be going back to her.

Grace took me In Right away and got me right. Don’t know where to start be been getting braids for a while and my last shop experience was terrible service at Mame’s braiding shop. Yea I was a customer of 8yrs and they definitely lost my business. I do recommend Grace & Glam she got an easy website for booking and the location is easy to get to also just a small parking lot but has huge space very neat, clean, and Friendly I’m very applauded on the service was out within 3.5 hours.

I absolutely love my hair!!! I got my hair shampooed and conditioned and I got the smedium box braids curled on the tips!! And most important I didn’t have to wait and it didn’t take that long. Grace and the ladies were so nice. The service was outstanding and the shop was even super clean. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I definitely would! I love great customer service and if you come to Grace and Glam you will definitely get the same experience. Thanks ladies!!!

This is a complete GEM. I decided to go back to the Knot because Knotless gets old too fast for me. Found this place on Google & I found me a new braid home forever! 100% satisfied. Nadia & Shantel did my hair together. Shantel is a teency weency bit heavy handed but not excruciating nor unbearable. My appointment was at 9, I left at 1:30. I asked for medium but I ended up with small and I believe that happened based on the judgement of my super thick ass hair. To top it off, all of my hair is tucked. I don’t see any of my real hair oozing out. My parts are clean. The shop is clean, neat & organized. It was quiet they weren’t talking loud over my head in my ear like most shops I’ve been to. They didn’t stop at all once they started. I think they each stopped once to grab a drink that’s it. I met Grace she’s a sweetheart. They accept cards and don’t pressure you to pay half way through. Parking is fine. The price she quoted me on the phone did not change. The hair is included. Not that cheap prestretched hair that itches. I’ll be back many more times.
